Repackaging Machine Operator

The operator repackages bulk liquid materials into smaller containers while following procedures for safe operation, accurate fills, product quality, labeling, lot traceability, and production records. The role also includes equipment setup, monitoring, cleanup, and responding to common operating issues.

What you'll do

• Interpret job travelers and routing documents
• set up and operate filling and packaging equipment
• verify fill volumes and weights
• inspect source materials and finished units
• label products and maintain lot traceability
• complete production logs
• clean and shut down equipment
• follow PPE, safety, and quality procedures
• escalate equipment issues when needed.
