It also supports portfolio value through acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, and investor reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute investment business plans covering budgets, reforecasting, leasing, capital strategies, cash management, and CAM reconciliations
• lead property-level budgeting and expense estimates
• oversee property financial operations and invoice review
• negotiate letters of intent and leases
• manage capital, shell construction, and tenant improvement projects
• conduct market research
• prepare financial and investor reports
• direct acquisition and disposition activities
• support training of new Asset Managers and Real Estate Analysts.
