Storeroom Attendant

Job overview

The Storeroom Attendant role is onsite in Forney, TX, with pay of $16.50 per hour. Canteen provides food, service, and workplace solutions including markets, office coffee and snacks, unattended retail, and culinary services. The attendant receives, stores, and tracks food and departmental supplies while maintaining sanitary storage areas. Accurate inventory, safe handling, and timely reporting help the Food Service Department operate efficiently and maintain food quality and safety.

What you'll do

• Inventory and maintain food and other supplies
• store items in appropriate containers and areas
• record storage temperatures for perishable food
• date, label, and rotate stock
• order supplies according to company procedures
• secure designated areas
• transport supplies safely
• follow HACCP guidelines
• report equipment maintenance needs
• complete required reports
• use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety procedures.
