Virtual Member Advisor, Bilingual Preferred

The Virtual Member Advisor role is based in Idaho Falls, ID, and pays $18–$21 per hour. The schedule is approximately 40 hours Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. The advisor supports Westmark Credit Union members with online banking and account inquiries through virtual channels. The role provides service and guidance on accounts, products, transactions, and digital banking tools. It helps members resolve issues, understand available services, and complete requests while following credit union procedures.

What you'll do

• Serve members by phone, chat, video chat, and other virtual channels
• explain credit union products and basic loan information
• assist with online banking and Call24
• support membership and share-product openings
• process transfers, loan payments, ACH and draft stop payments, and address changes
• research member requests
• assist with card issues and check orders
• educate members on digital tools
• refer members to branches or departments as needed
• follow policies and procedures.
