What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Applications Engineering team
• oversee creation of proposals, layouts, costing, and technical documentation
• partner with Sales, Dealers, and Customers to interpret RFQs
• act as a key technical resource during pre-sale and early project phases
• ensure designs meet customer requirements and internal standards
• collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Installation teams
• manage project schedules and resources
• drive process improvements and automation.
