What you'll do

• Lead lease-renewal and resident-retention programs
• work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager on renewal goals and occupancy plans
• provide customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors
• support leasing staff through training and mentorship
• oversee prospect calls, internet leads, property tours, and lease paperwork
• assist with resident renewals and move-in, move-out, transfer, and lease-takeover processes
• monitor leasing progress, resident data, complaints, and service requests
• support property events, meetings, and inspections.
