What you'll do

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and scheduling
• contact patients for intake and family history information
• assist with medical records and patient communications
• support preparation and distribution of post-counseling documents
• enter pedigrees into Progeny and maintain clinical databases
• manage genetic testing supplies
• coordinate test orders, results, authorizations, records, and sample shipping with laboratories
• support data collection, insurance appeals, workflow improvement, project meetings, and literature searches.
