Community Participation Supports Supervisor (IDD/Autism)

Pay starts at $22 per hour. Access Services’ CPS program supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in building connected lives and greater independence. The supervisor leads and develops Direct Support Professionals, coordinates person-centered services, and provides direct support as needed. The role helps individuals pursue goals, community participation, and positive outcomes while maintaining service quality and compliance.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals
• provide direct care and support hours
• help resolve crises and conflicts
• guide program planning and interventions
• assist with hiring and orientation
• participate in case reviews and assessments
• support timely implementation of Person-Centered Support Plans
• coordinate individual goals with support teams
• review service documentation and compliance
• maintain agency and partner relationships
• prepare caseload data
• travel throughout the service region
• participate in the assigned on-call rotation.
