Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in North East, MD, providing in-home client care. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. Visiting Angels of Harford & Cecil Counties is adding caregivers to its team. The role exists to help clients with personal care, daily routines, safety, and companionship. Caregivers follow individual care plans, document services, report incidents, and communicate with the care team.

What you'll do

• Follow each client’s care plan
• assist with bathing, skin and hair care, dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and bedtime care
• assist with client self-administration of medications
• support exercise, ambulation, and transfers
• document services
• report incidents
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• provide respectful social interaction
• attend required in-service training.
