The Sleep Coach, Customer Service role is onsite in Wheatfield, NY, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. The Sleep Coach supports patients throughout their positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy journey, helping them use equipment and stay on track with therapy.

What you'll do

• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use
• provide follow-up and troubleshoot concerns
• monitor assigned patients for compliance needs and barriers
• coordinate with healthcare providers and referral sources
• review prescriptions, benefits, and documentation
• process equipment and supply orders
• maintain accurate records and support referral partners.
