What you'll do

• Check interaction, dosing, and contraindication findings against the patient’s full medication list and chart
• identify missed interactions and outdated patient data, including updates based on Special Alerts
• assess whether active medications, labs, and comorbidities are considered
• distinguish permitted treatment from appropriate treatment and flag poor drug choices for specific patients
• verify that clinical conclusions are reflected in order updates, prescriber notifications, and chart documentation.
