What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and special dietary needs

• monitor food storage and conduct temperature checks
• follow sanitation and food-safety standards
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• manage food inventory
• coordinate with residents, families, and facility staff.
