What you'll do

• Establish and maintain portfolio tracking systems, including RAID logs, milestone schedules, and dashboards
• run recurring status reporting to OCTO leadership
• partner with subject matter experts to define requirements and scope
• advise on vendor and contractor scope and deliverables
• track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• report project status, milestones, and delivery readiness across the portfolio.
