Laminator Builder

The Laminator Builder role is onsite in Arlington, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 5:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Pay is $16 per hour. VIP Staffing is recruiting for an entry-level manufacturing position. The builder prepares materials and tools, follows prescribed procedures to assemble and mold parts, and checks measurements and quality. The role contributes to production by completing parts to required standards while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

What you'll do

• Set up and prepare parts
• organize materials and tools
• check setup lights and mandrel dimensions
• weigh, measure, and cut materials
• trim and buff parts
• build, mold, and disassemble parts according to procedures using an MIP
• repair parts as needed
• record measurements and stamp the MIP
• maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety instructions.
