Community and Supportive Services Coordinator

Job overview

The Community and Supportive Services Coordinator role is onsite in York, PA, with compensation of $22–$25.50 per hour. The coordinator serves Carriage Works in York, Willow Run in Lancaster, and Landisville in East Hempfield, supporting MRK Management Company’s mission to build community and improve residents’ quality of life. The role connects residents with supportive services and community resources, coordinates programs and events, and works with property management and partner organizations. It helps residents access services and participate in educational, social, and recreational opportunities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate supportive service plans and delivery at assigned properties
• develop and maintain community agency networks and resource directories
• provide general case management, intake, and referrals
• link residents to community services
• report on activities and liaise with nonprofit partners and oversight committees
• promote educational events
• assist residents and councils with programs and fundraising
• coordinate resident training with property management
• establish volunteer support programs.
