Senior Maintenance Technician, Level 2

What you'll do

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• conduct turnover maintenance, property inspections, and repairs
• diagnose and resolve household system and appliance issues
• interact professionally with residents
• identify property improvement opportunities
• log work orders, track progress, and communicate findings using digital tools
• drive between homes in the service area.
