The Quality Assurance Assistant role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with compensation of $25.50 per hour. The posting describes a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and an 18-month assignment with potential for extension or conversion to permanent. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients. The assistant supports audit coordination, regulatory inspection readiness, quality documentation, and compliance activities. The work helps maintain organized audit records and supports the teams responsible for quality and regulatory processes.

What you'll do

• Support Auditable Unit Coordinator activities and TrackWise naming conventions
• process MyAccess requests and roster reviews
• prepare draft audit summaries and GQAAC audit reports
• support regulatory inspection readiness
• perform data entry and database updates
• assist with SharePoint and Tableau access
• support training, CAPA, deviations, changes, and self-inspections
• serve as document controller for select GQAAC Operations Documents
• collaborate with auditors, management, and customers.
