The Senior Systems Engineer (LCAP Governance Assistant) is a hybrid position based in Kearneysville, WV. The salary range is $106,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year. This role supports the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Software Yard – Capability Development Division. This role exists to track, manage, and status deployed LCAP (SaaS) solutions. The engineer bridges the gap between development, security, and procurement teams to establish secure, cost-effective operational standards.

What you'll do

• Assist in defining the enterprise SaaS governance framework.
• Establish and maintain a centralized inventory (SaaS Catalog) of approved applications.
• Lead the formal evaluation process for new SaaS requests.
• Work with ISSOs and ISSEs to track Cyber related requests and ATO artifacts.
• Assist with defining access control and audit processes.
