Security Facility Supervisor (Taser)

The Security Facility Supervisor (Taser) role is onsite in Tomball, TX. Pay is $26.66 per hour. The role supports Tarian’s facility security operations and its mission to protect people and property. The supervisor leads assigned security teams, coordinates site operations, and implements procedures to maintain safety and operational effectiveness. The role also performs security officer duties as needed, responds to incidents, and works with facility departments and security partners.

What you'll do

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules
• process timesheets and monitor overtime
• conduct off-hours inspections as needed
• develop and update facility orders and competency tasks
• oversee assigned teams and equipment
• provide security awareness programs
• lead and develop direct reports
• review reports and assess potential risks
• coordinate with facility departments
• respond to emergency and non-emergency situations
• escort people
• intervene verbally and physically in crises as trained
• document required information
• and apply Tarian’s use-of-force policy.
