What you'll do

• Implement rigorous, standards-aligned lesson plans aimed at grade-level performance
• build positive student relationships through structured social-emotional learning
• participate in curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions
• communicate with students, families, and colleagues
• analyze student achievement data with colleagues
• improve instructional practice using the school’s teacher performance rubric
• support student mastery of academic standards
• attend professional development and staff meetings.
