What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation.
