What you'll do

• Teach employment skills and support individual goals
• provide onsite job training and encourage natural support systems
• maintain contact with employers and families
• assist with adaptive methods, personal care, and medication administration when certified
• support community connections and informed choices
• identify and respond to crises according to plans and reporting requirements
• maintain accurate confidential records
• attend required training and team meetings.
