What you'll do

• Assist in identifying patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
• participate in care planning and implementation under RN direction
• use infection-control measures
• provide continuity of quality care
• communicate with patients, families, team members, and health professionals
• complete timely clinical documentation
• monitor assigned cases for payer compliance
• educate family members on necessary equipment.
