The role also supports budgeting, tax and audit requirements, reconciliations, and financial analysis for management.

What you'll do

• Complete month-end close within five business days and provide financial statements
• establish internal controls
• oversee capital expenditure depreciation and amortization
• support annual and quarterly budgets and five-year projections
• prepare financial reports and metrics
• manage vendor setup, tax payments and certificates, property tax assessments, project accruals, assets, customer payments, audit reports, cost allocations, bank reconciliations, 1099s, census reports, AP check runs, and expense reporting
• analyze trends and identify business risks.
