Crew Chief

What you'll do

• Assist with preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies
• help assign employee duties and encourage teamwork
• communicate menu items, specials, and promotions
• assist with new employee orientation and training and refresher training
• supervise employee performance and behavior
• review time cards and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime
• enforce portion control
• check deliveries for accuracy and quality
• handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
