What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in evaluating and directing day-to-day Nursing Department functions
• review and address personnel complaints and grievances
• collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing coverage
• implement progressive counseling and disciplinary actions as needed
• provide professional guidance and supervision to unit staff.
