The Shift Supervisor, Campus Dining role is onsite at Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Full-time and part-time schedules are available; days and hours vary, including weekends. What you'll do

• Direct associates during a shift
• train staff and create work schedules
• evaluate performance and recognize or address performance issues
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure unit quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• respond to employee complaints and time-off requests
• mentor employees and encourage development.
