What you'll do

• Maintain supportive contact with residents and assess their needs
• transport clients to appointments as needed
• maintain agency- and licensing-required certifications
• facilitate treatment groups
• build supportive relationships and promote client safety and care
• collaborate with departments coordinating medical, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric, and behavioral needs
• notify supervisors promptly about crises, suspected illegal activity, or incidents.
