The Regional Account Director, Automotive Digital Marketing is a remote, field-based role supporting dealerships in the greater Milwaukee area. Compensation is competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, with OTE up to $190,000. Team Velocity’s Apollo platform uses data and consumer behavior to help dealerships deliver personalized marketing and grow.

What you'll do

• Advise automotive dealership clients
• develop data-driven digital marketing strategies
• analyze campaign KPIs and present recommendations to dealer leadership
• identify campaign, website, and lead-performance opportunities
• launch products and strategies with new clients
• build relationships that support retention and account growth
• coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution
• conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
