Hotel Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Sales with daily sales and administrative work
• respond to client inquiries
• prepare proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales documents
• assist with group bookings and events
• maintain lead, prospect, account, and booking records
• update sales and property-management systems
• prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders as needed
• coordinate with hotel departments
• follow up with clients
• prepare sales reports
• maintain calendars and files
• assist with sales calls, site inspections, tours, invoicing, and special projects.
