The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Hanover, MD, with an eight-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. Eco-Tots Early Learning Center serves children ages two to four at its Hanover learning center. The teacher manages classroom operations and plans learning activities that support children’s development. The role combines instruction, basic care, observation of children’s progress and interactions, and communication with parents and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Manage daily classroom operations
• design and follow schedules and lesson plans
• select teaching materials
• balance logical and social exercises
• provide basic care
• use stories, media, games, and drawing to support learning
• evaluate children’s performance
• communicate progress to parents
• observe interactions and address behavioral concerns
• collaborate with colleagues
• and follow teaching standards and Maryland safety regulations.
