What you'll do

• Assess and monitor vital signs and withdrawal symptoms
• administer medications and educate patients
• develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• prepare and monitor clients for Plus Services
• perform or assist with wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection
• educate clients and families
• document care
• respond to clinical issues and emergencies
• maintain supplies and a safe clinical environment
• collaborate with providers and care teams
• advocate for client rights and contribute to quality improvement.
