Weekend Breakfast Attendant — Hotel Breakfast Service

What you'll do

• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area
• stock and replenish food and beverages
• monitor food freshness, temperature, and quality
• follow food-handling, sanitation, and health regulations
• store, label, rotate, and dispose of food using FIFO practices
• greet guests and respond to requests
• monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management.
