What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients, guests, and staff
• provide wayfinding and escorts
• monitor visitor conduct and facility access
• patrol buildings and premises
• secure and monitor offices and grounds
• respond to emergencies and disorderly individuals
• coordinate with police and fire departments when required
• assist medical staff with patient restraint when necessary
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• remain available for additional shift coverage and overtime scenarios.
