The Per Diem Surgical Registered Nurse is an onsite role in Akron, OH, with recurring as-needed availability from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every other week. Pay is $30.00–$40.00 per hour. The role supports Pinnacle Fertility's Ohio team and its mission of helping build families through fertility care. The nurse provides pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in the surgical suite, supporting patient safety and comfort throughout fertility procedures. The role also helps maintain sterile, functional surgical spaces, communicates care instructions, documents in the electronic medical record, and collaborates with the surgical team.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients, perform preoperative assessments, start IVs, and provide discharge instructions
• recover patients after general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care
• deliver perioperative care
• document care in the EMR
• maintain cleanliness, sterility, and equipment functionality
• follow aseptic and safety standards
• monitor patient conditions and communicate changes.
