Teller Associate

What you'll do

• Build member relationships through personalized service and proactive follow-up
• identify member needs and recommend financial products and services
• process cash and non-cash transactions accurately in accordance with procedures and regulations
• support account servicing, consumer loan applications and disbursements, and digital banking
• collaborate with branch teams and internal departments to resolve member concerns.
