This role supports the award-winning Women's Services line at Norman Regional Health System. This role exists to provide strategic leadership for the Women's Services department, including L&D, Postpartum, and NICU. The Director is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, driving quality improvement initiatives, and leading teams through growth to deliver high-quality care to the community.
