The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Salida, CA. Facilities Maintenance I pays $23–$29 per hour; Facilities Maintenance II pays $28–$40 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. The role supports maintenance of Flory properties, buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility infrastructure. This position helps keep facilities safe, functional, and well maintained through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upkeep. It also supports Facilities leadership with daily maintenance activities and projects.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair facility lighting
• perform preventive maintenance and minor construction-related repairs, including painting, plumbing, concrete, and masonry
• inspect buildings, grounds, safety equipment, and facility equipment
• document findings and maintenance work
• report hazards and assist with corrections
• support office moves and company events
• operate authorized maintenance equipment and tools safely.
