Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager

The Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager role is onsite in Charleston, SC. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. The position supports a commercial contractor’s HVAC and mechanical construction projects. The role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating design, field teams, clients, subcontractors, materials, schedules, quality, and financial performance. Its purpose is to deliver commercial HVAC and mechanical work on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.

What you'll do

• Manage client and owner relationships
• perform HVAC and mechanical estimating, site surveys, and plan reviews
• manage purchasing, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• develop schedules and coordinate field teams and trades
• plan manpower
• oversee quality control
• manage billing, job costs, cost control, and margins
• lead closeout documentation and final billing.
