What you'll do

• Prepare menu components according to company recipes and yield guides
• make food using varied methods, including scratch sauces, vinaigrettes, purees, and soups
• work across sauté, grill, pantry, and fry stations
• coordinate with team members
• maintain food quality and timely service
• inspect and safely use tools and equipment
• meet sanitation and food safety standards
• label and rotate food using FIFO
• maintain station stock and practice safe inventory handling and portion control. A non-expired Food Handler Certification is required.
