Staff Surveyor — Land Surveying

What you'll do

• Perform and support boundary, ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, as-built, and construction layout surveys. Use total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and data collectors to collect field data
• research deeds, titles, zoning, and records
• process and analyze survey data
• assist with boundary determinations
• prepare plans, drawings, maps, exhibits, legal descriptions, and technical reports
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, crews, clients, and agencies
• provide technical support to crew members and junior staff as needed. Requires or active pursuit of Surveyor-in-Training certification and one to five years of professional land surveying experience. Overtime may be required.
