What you'll do

• Collaborate on marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts
• provide communication support to the Sales Executive
• process and review policies, endorsements, invoices, and certificates of insurance
• respond to client and carrier inquiries
• maintain electronic files and meeting documentation
• manage assigned accounts and deadlines
• liaise with internal departments and external sources
• prioritize new business, renewals, and service work.
