The assistant manager helps the Store Manager maintain store performance, customer service, team support, and operational standards, and assumes the manager’s responsibilities when needed.

What you'll do

• Support daily store and fuel station operations
• enforce policies and standards
• assist with scheduling, training, and shift management
• serve customers and resolve concerns
• handle bookkeeping, cash, deposits, invoicing, and gas pricing surveys
• maintain inventory and merchandising
• support cleanliness, profitability, payroll time tracking, and operational reporting.
