Code Enforcement Officer

Job overview

The Code Enforcement Officer works onsite in the Houston, TX area for $30–$40 per hour. Aoka provides third-party municipal code compliance, inspection, and consulting services to government clients. What you'll do

• Inspect properties and investigate complaints involving property maintenance, zoning, signage, environmental concerns, and abandoned or junk vehicles
• issue notices, citations, and stop-work orders
• communicate corrective actions
• document evidence with photographs, notes, and reports
• maintain case files in VertexPlans
• prepare cases and provide testimony as required
• submit weekly timesheets.
