· Review the communication log at the beginning of every shift and document any important notes at the end of your shift. · Identify and utilize member’s crisis plan, safety plan, and coping skills as needed. Utilize de-escalation skills to manage crises as they arise. · Supervise the on-going activities and safety of the member and their environment.
