Implementation Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customer deployments
• manage multiple workstreams and projects end to end
• define success criteria, milestones, and usage targets with clients
• lead integration efforts
• escalate technical challenges
• work with product and engineering to test, document, and roll out features
• coordinate support for complex issues
• translate client requirements into technical solutions
• explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
