What you'll do

• Conduct device characterization using semiconductor parameter analyzers, scripting, switch matrices, and probe stations
• automate and improve characterization, data collection, reporting, and debug processes
• troubleshoot device characterization issues
• set up and, when needed, build custom test hardware and tools
• support RMA efforts for field application and sales teams
• collaborate with Industrialization and Silicon Processing Engineers on EPIC product evaluations and analysis
• perform specified dry inlay testing and record microscope images
• communicate build and analysis status and emerging issues
• follow and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
