What you'll do

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns across digital, print, events, and sales enablement
• coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• maintain calendars and project plans
• assist with marketing materials and content
• ensure materials follow brand guidelines and review requirements
• partner with Sales, Technical Services, and Production
• update sales tools, literature libraries, and Salesforce
• coordinate trade shows and customer events
• track event inventory, metrics, and reporting
• manage documentation and administrative requests
• monitor and ship promotional items and support marketing launches.
