What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, shaving, dressing, and oral hygiene
• maintain a safe, healthy, and clean living environment
• perform housekeeping
• support shopping, personal possessions, telephone use, and social or leisure activities
• observe and report behavioral or physical changes
• contribute input to treatment plans and maintain records.
