What you'll do

• Install, configure, implement, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Dell ISG Storage products at customer sites
• provide technical and administrative customer support
• clarify customer needs and responsibilities
• collaborate with subject matter experts on complex problems
• use troubleshooting tools and analysis to resolve issues
• escalate when needed while maintaining ownership of customer satisfaction
• contribute to investigations and long-term solution recommendations.
